This essay continues a sequence. Read the previous one here.

For he that hath,
to him shall be given:
and he that hath not,
from him shall be taken even that which he hath

We continue our exploration of the Law of Attraction (first discussed in “Law of Attraction: Pseudoscience or Fact?“).  How can we align with this Law? How do we make best use of it?

Believe In Love

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul,
and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it,
Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

— Matt 22:37-40

We explored the power of love in “Love: A Certified Spiritual Seed“.

Pure, selfless love contains a strength that always leads to a positive outcome because it attracts us towards the Creator, Who is Love Itself.

Therefore faith in true love is faith in God. If we are uncertain about the path to take, we should choose the one that aligns with love.

Less Talk

But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay:
for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

–Matt 5:37

Too much talk is distracting, and leads to superficiality.

In talking excessively we become less careful about our thoughts and words.

We are at risk of producing thoughts and words whose nature we do not truly align with in our more thoughtful moments. These seeds are attracted and absorbed by similar forces of a stronger nature, connecting us with things that may be quite unpleasant, and which will bring similar consequences in the Law of Sowing & Reaping.

So there is power in silence. It makes us much more conscious of everything emanating from us, and therefore better able to produce good and strong seeds.

Diligence Is Fundamental

He that is faithful in that which is least
is faithful also in much:
and he that is unjust in the least
is unjust also in much.

— Luke 16:10

When we are diligent we remain focused on our work until it is done. This constant focusing increases the power, just like a lens focusing energy from the sun.

Through the Law, this increased power attracts similar types such that that our energy receives reinforcements.  This in turn leads to greater and faster visible results. As a famous personality put it: “the harder I work, the luckier I get”.

Today’s Resolution:

  • To respect the Law of Attraction is to respect the Will of God. We shall align our behaviors accordingly.

Dear contributors at the essays of “The Word, (Re)Discovered”

On Saturday i had read your essay No. 15 “False Faiths, Part 2: Faith in Organisations” and realised that my wife and i experienced the same or similar in such organisations, same as you describe it.

Happy i am to have read each sentence describing the false ways, the right way and your resolution!

Today evening i will continue with essay No. 16 etc.

On Sunday i received by email your essay No. 35 “Using the Law of Attraction”. Again, i am delighted how simple, how logically understandable you explain it .—

I passed on the link to your page to two people: an English native speaker and a very good English-speaking German lady.

I am sure to recommend your site to others in future.

The German lady wrote to me today: “Thank you very much for the link to the interesting articles with statements from the Bible. I read the first posts and I am very impressed.”

Today i wanted to share this with you.

Looking forward to read more on https://worddiscovered.com/ and … i hope that more and more earnest seekers, especially among Christians, will find access to your essays.

    Thanks to you.

With best wishes to you for this constructive work full of values!

      Dear Herr Knittel,

I am so glad that you have found some value in this effort, and have even shared it with others.
Sometimes after publishing an article one is not sure if anyone is actually reading it…your feedback is a strong encouragement to keep writing, and I will do so!

      Thank you once again.
      KSL

  2. […] The one who wishes to be born anew must place his will below the Will of God (ref. “Command That These Stones Be Made Bread!“).  To do this, he must know the Will, which requires studying the Words of Christ with that intention.  Honest study yields the knowledge of the primacy of Love in all things (ref. “The Nature of God’s Laws“), as well as the awareness that what we generally call love today is not real love (ref. “What Is Love?“).  He will then prayerfully change his behaviour accordingly (e.g. “Using The Law of Attraction“).
