About

The Word of Christ i.e. Christ’s Message contains the deepest wisdom that has been given to humanity.

There is a great deal of focus in Christendom on the Personality of Christ, to the detriment of the study and understanding of the Message of Christ i.e. The Word.

Many of us know more about Christ’s birth and death than we do about what He actually said.

A man who goes around in a t-shirt that reads “I love Albert Einstein” is not necessarily a physicist, obviously.

Just as to be a physicist implies a life of study, understanding, and everyday application of the principles of physics, to be Christian should involve much more than having Christ’s name on our lips.

To be Christian means to continuously study, understand, and apply the Message of Christ.

Belief in the Personality of Christ is a component of Christianity, but merely a component. It is necessary but not sufficient.

The goal of this series of essays is to shine light in some small way on the immense depth and scope of Christ’s Word.

It is hoped that the reader will come away with renewed respect for The Word, and with greater zeal for self-study of Christ’s Message so as to gain practical knowledge to guide daily life.
